Age and Identity

To register and maintain an account on 900bet, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• Be registering and using the account solely in your own name.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information.
• Agree to verify your identity when requested by the Platform.

Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 900bet complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. 900bet does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is law ful in your jurisdiction. By using the platform, you confirm that online betting is not prohibited in your location and that you are acting in compliance with local law.

Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are not permitted to hold a 900bet account:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of 900bet or any of its software providers.
• Persons who have been self-excluded from the platform or any other gambling service.
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories.
• Persons previously banned from 900bet for any reason.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 900bet. Opening or attempting to open duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 900bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances or bonus funds held within them.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide your real full name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other information requested during registration. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds. 900bet may request documentary evidence to verify your identity at any time, including copies of a national ID card, passport, or utility bill showing your residential address.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 900bet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 900bet accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Verification (KYC)

900bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing a withdrawal, or at any other point deemed appropriate by the Platform, you may be required to submit identity documents. Failure to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Anti-Money Laundering

900bet is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Any transaction that appears inconsistent with normal gambling activity may be investigated. 900bet reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds deposited. Winnings generated on funds under investigation may be withheld pending resolution. Accounts confirmed to be involved in money laundering will be closed and reported to the appropriate authorities.

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by 900bet are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that offer only.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal may be made. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page prior to opt-in. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place total bets of ৳30,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Bets placed on certain game types (e.g., live dealer baccarat, roulette) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements as stated in individual promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse and Fraudulent Play

900bet monitors all accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets across markets to guarantee profit from bonus funds, using bots or automated betting software, and colluding with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, 900bet reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, and to permanently close the account without prior notice.

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000. Full terms of the Welcome Bonus — including minimum deposit, eligible games, wagering requirement, maximum bet per spin or round during bonus play, and expiry period — are published on the promotions page. 900bet reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Welcome Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on 900bet are subject to acceptance by the Platform. A bet is only confirmed and valid once you receive a bet confirmation reference. 900bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to bets that appear to exploit pricing errors, technical faults, or system vulnerabilities.

Void Bets and Cancelled Events

In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed (as defined by 900bet's individual sport rules), bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet. For cricket, a BPL or T20 match voided due to weather or ground conditions will be settled in accordance with the official outcome declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC).

Pricing Errors

If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a human or technical error, 900bet reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake. Where winnings have already been credited on the basis of an erroneous price, those winnings may be recouped from the player's account balance. 900bet will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct pricing errors in a timely manner.

Casino and Live Game Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, and crash games hosted on 900bet are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's interface. In the case of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned. 900bet cannot be held responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that result in disconnection during a game round.

Third-Party Content

Games and live casino content on the 900bet platform are provided by third-party software suppliers. 900bet is not responsible for errors, omissions, or technical failures originating within third-party game software. In the event of a third-party game malfunction, stakes will be returned and the matter escalated to the relevant software provider for investigation.

Termination by 900bet

900bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated any part of these Terms; is engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or collusive activity; poses a risk to the integrity of the platform; or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request closure of your 900bet account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Players who have self-excluded may not re-open a closed account.

Amendments to These Terms

900bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by email to the address associated with their account. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 900bet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
